Hello dear all.
I was reinstalling the operating system which F9 didn't respond for boot menu, so I pressed multiple keys together, laptop died and power button didn't start the machine. So I pressed power button multiple times and I faced with the error:
Then I used YouTube tutorials to set the BIOS constraint strings.
So I used HPBQ193.exe which cannot write the changes (And I don't know why. Maybe because it's old version).
