Product: HP EliteBook 8560w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Please help ... I got a message that I been ignoring for a while now:  "QLB Controller stop working"

 

My laptop is an old HP EliteBook 8560w using Windows 7 Profession (64-bit operating system).
