Product: Pavilion X360 14m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This new laptop has a sticker to the right of the touchpad with a scan code which, when scanned, should take you to this laptop's website for "reviews, videos, features, specs and support". Instead it takes me to a website (HP QR CODE) that keeps trying but never loads. 

I've found navigating HP websites complicated and confusing, with many outdated websites, some that are blank (such the one that is supposed to have a search for laptop manuals... probably outdated and never removed) and wonder if the page even exists.

I even tried installing HP's "Linkreader" app whose results for that scan code said something like that page hadn't yet been entered into their database.
