Product: HP — 14-dk0027ur
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am having RAM memory issues with my HP — 14-dk0027ur (APU Rzen 3 3200u) Notebook after replacement stock RAM with Kingston HyperX Impact HX424S14IBK2/32 (2x16 Gb DDR4-2400 CL14-14-14 @1.2V)
RAM started to work slowly ( read memory speed = ~9000 mb/s), memory frequency is often 400 MHZ, infinity fabric - 400 MHZ from AC (monitoring HWiNFO64 Memory Controller Clock (UCLK) = 400MHZ, Infinity Fabric Clock (FCLK) = 400 MHZ )
BIOS last F.62
install AMD Chipset Software 10_2.17.25.506
what could be the problem?
sry for my English 😁
