Hi all, I decide to upgrade RAM on my year 2012 laptop with 2GB RAM 1600mhz.

The laptop stated 2 RAM slot available but when I installed the 2GB RAM 1600mhz(same as existing RAM) properly and BIOS updated to 2016 version but still not detected.
