Product: HP 620
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi,
I need your help.
I upgradde my HP 620 Memory RAM from 4GB to 8 GB but now when I start the pc the screen keeps black.
What can I do to solve this situacion?

I've search the net for compatible Memory and I bought Kingston KVR13S9S8/4 4GB
