Hi everyone,

I have a problem with my brand new Probook 650 G3. Sometimes at startup, it displayed a BSOD with a "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED" error message. But I can't find the culprit. After the BSOD appears, the computer reboot and Windows is loading without any problem.

I dont have any memory.dmp file, or any memory dump available on C:\Windows or C:\Windows\Minidump. In the event log, I can find a "volmgr" error telling me that (translated from french) "error when creating the image file because of an error during image generation" or something like this.

I already tried to activate many options to get minidump and/or memory dump files back, but nothing worked.

I'm not sure but I think that I have those random BSOD because of my SSD. It's an Intel Pro 6000p 512GB, but I'm not able to update the firmware from HP01 to HP03.

All drivers are up-to-date (execpt the SSD firmware). I installed all drivers from HP website.

Some informations about my system :

OS : Windows 10 Pro 64bits up-to-date

BIOS version : 01.14 Rev.A (latest available today)

SSD Firmware : HP01

Memory tests are OK. SSD tests are OK and CrystalDiskInfo display a correct status.

Anyone can help me to totally remove those random BSOD ?

Thanks.
