Product: HP Envy x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I am having some problems with my HP Envy x360 laptop. When I play League of Legends, I have 100 FPS then it drops down to 2 FPS for like 5-10 seconds and it's really annoying. 

 

I've tried  adjusting power settings to best performance

 

It has AMD Radeon (TM) Graphics as shown in the Device Manager.  Please help.
