Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

My laptop starts to shut down randomly since yesterday. Everytime when I turn it on, it shuts down within a minute, so I basically cannot do anything. I am sure that the power cord is working and the laptop is not overheating. Also, sometimes when I restart the laptop, it shows that the windows did not load properly but I cannot either reset the PC or restore to an earlier point. What can I do to fix this issue? Thank you so much.
