HP Recommended

I have the SAME issue my HP has theRyzen 7 4700.  This has been a problem with Zoom for weeks now.  You update your drivers and Microsoft update removes them and puts on their driver.  I am not sure this is causing the problem but ZOOM is extremely important now for my job this can't not be allowed to go on. 

 

This post has a video of the problem HP you need to address this like yesterday.
