Product: HP Pavilion Notebook - 17-g036
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Had a problem with system fan , and called Hp Support , i was taken aback by the politness and reasurance regarding my problem , i was issued with a RTM for repair , was picked up the next day and to my suprise i recieved it back fixed , cleanded and a full diagnostic report within 4 days , i can not fault Hp in anyway , it was a delight to be helped and the Service is second to none as i have had many past experiences of SUpport from other brands , which should be taking a leaf out of HP's book and atain such a standard .... Credit to the Support team at HP .... Thanks 🙂
