HP Recommended

My HP Notebook14-dk0301no AMD Ryzen3 started having a problem in October. Whenever i play a video, be it in a browser or in any player in my PC, the video keep play-pausing rapidly. I have noticed the mousepad also stops working when the reckoning happens. The streaming can start without problems, or it can start after a delay from 10 sec to 5 min, or it will not start at all.
