Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a new laptop that I purchased from HP.  Device came with windows 10 pre-loaded and having network driver issues. Everytime the system sleeps, network adapter goes missing and only comes back after a restart. This is really anoying.  When the system sleeps and I turn it back on, I can no longer connect to WiFi and the WLAN driver is missing in the connections and device manager. Troubleshooting would just say that WiFi is not supported on my device. I observed this happens with bluetooth adapter as well as ethernet connection. When I look in the Device Manager, I cannot find the WiFi adapter (Realtek RTL8822CE 802.11 ac PCle adapter) in the list. I have to restart the computer to see it back in the list and connect to the Wifi. I tried a few common solutions found in the support forum as well as general internet related to windows 10 but issue still persistes. I cannot find this power management tab under the properties. Any help is much appreciated.
