Hi everyone,
We are using Mist AP's to deploy 2 WIFI networks: 1 for guests and 1 for Employees. The Employee WIFI network is deployed via GPO and this is the configuration:
Authentication : WPA2-Enterprise
Cipher : CCMP
Authentication : WPA2-Enterprise
Cipher : GCMP
Security key : Absent
802.1X : Enabled
EAP type : Microsoft: Smart Card or other certificate
802.1X auth credential : Machine credential
Cache user information : Yes
Our problem is that this network adapter for some reason is either not getting an IP address or does get it but has issues keeping the connection alive and stable. We replaced the network card with an Intel one and it resolved the problems on one laptop.
We have more than 250 laptops. Either G5 or G6 (Obviously the drivers and BIOS are updated). Is there something we need to change in order to fix the problem from the driver level?
Thanks in advance, Rahamim.
