Product: HP pavilion x360 convertible PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi my hp pavilions audio that's made by Realtek starts cracking and kind of lagged the pc before blue screening saying APC_INDEX_MISMATCH I don't know what to do and I need guidance to fix my problem cause it annoys me on its long startup time and my mom might think I broke the computor.
