Product: HP ProBook 450 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
This laptop started by having an issue with the keyboard. My IT support couldn’t help so I ended up using an external usb keyboard. Now it has delighted me with a red Screen (Factory Processing Error 945) and all I can manage is to try to get to the bios pressing f10, but it asks me for the “Bios Administrator Password”, which I don’t know. My IT guys just told me to order a new one (which I have) , but I can’t stand throwing away this thing which is fairly new.
Can anything be done?
