Hello,

 

We currently own multiple EliteBook 8570p and we will need a BIOS version with the CFG Lock Bit (MSR 0xE2) unlocked.

Usually some manufacturers (like ASUS or MSI) allow this value to be changed in BIOS settings, otherwise we can easily mod their BIOS and flash it with MSR 0xE2 unlocked.

But on HP laptops the BIOS are RSA signed and non modifiable, so I'm kindly asking if you can release or send us a 'custom' BIOS version with CFG Lock disabled or configurable. We are currently on the F.66 Rev. A BIOS.
