Omen 15T
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an Omen 15T that I recently had to do a factory reset due to a number of problems.

Among those problems was a delay of several seconds (between 5 and 15) when right clicking a drive in File Explorer.  This is always followed by my Western Digital 7 TB My Book external hard drive (F drive) connected to my laptop via a USB port replicator making noises as if it was "waking up" (I am not sure that's what it was doing), making noises, and then the menu would come up from my right click . This was happening before I reset the laptop as well.

PLEASE NOTE: It didn't matter if I was right clicking the C drive, a USB drive connected to one of the USB ports, another hard drive (a WD My Passport external hard drive also connected via a USB port). The same always happens with the WD My Book drive behaving the way I mentioned. When I disconnect  it, I don't have the delay in the right click.

I have already checked and I have the latest drivers for all peripherals.

Any thoughts?

Thanks.
