Product: Hp notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Notebook 15-af131dx updated 2 updates and on start-up all I get is a page of options to rollback and diagnostics options. I ran them all and they all passed. Rollback says there is a problem and it can't rollback.  I am using my phone right now. I can't get into where I can save new files, photos, and copys of new wallpaper-screensaver-and to get the accessibility settings to put back in and all other os settings, etc, I need to have due to my disabilities. Unable to remember the settings. Please help! I need my laptop for every day things to remember and step by step instructions on how to do them and where to go. Plus who to ask for help. I really do not want to reset so I don't lose all my detailed things I need to be as independent as I still am able to. Thank you for your time to read this and any help you provide. It will be appreciated.
