What is the best HP laptop for installing Virtual Box (Oracle) to install XCode?

I want to develop an application for iOS. I have to use the Swift programming language. And the XCode IDE form Apple. XCode only runs on Macs, so I have to install a virtual machine (i.d. Virtual Box) on a Windows 10 Laptop with the OS for Mac. For what I know I need the following:

2 GB Ram, Intel Dual Core, Hardware Virtualisation enabling (in BIOS) and a 64-bit Windows OS.

My quick scan brought a HP Pavillion 17-ab000nd (1199 Euros) as a good candidate.
