Product: Envy, 17-s 113ca
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My project is operate Quick Basic 4.5 which I know how  to do on a DOS simulator, which I do not have any experience with on my relatively new HP Envy notebook with Windows 10 (64 bit).

 

I am aware of three  Dos simulators which are,  vDos, vDos Plus and DosBox and there maybe more.  I would like to get the benefit of the community members' experience on which one would be the best fit with Quick Basic 4.5 and which site is the best to download it safely (As safe as it is possible to get).  An included tutorial on how to use it would also be of great help.

 

In addition I would  appreciate any advice on a safe site to download Quick Basic  4.5 which contains the complete set of files.  I believe Microsoft are no longer involved in  the supply and downloading of Quick Basic 4.5 as well as supplying information concerning it's use.
