Hello,
I have just cloned my HDD to a new SSD. After the HDD to SSD change I can not use my laptop properly, because there is no sound in it. In Device Manager I see yellow mark and text "A driver (service) for this device has been disabled. An alternate driver may be providing this functionality. (Code 32)". There is the same text in "High Definition Audio Device" and "Intel(R)_Core(TM)_i5-4200M_CPU_@_2.50GHz".
I tried to disable/enable device, uninstall/update drivers, nothing happened. Now I disconnected SSD and put in an old HDD, everyting works as supposted to.
Do you have enything in mind?
OS Windows 10 64 bit, laptop HP ENVY TS 15, cloned with Acronis True Image 2018, bootable USB made with Rufus. New SSD is Patriot Ignite 480GB.
SOLVED: I cloned disks one more time, and now everything works fine.
