ProBook 650 G3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've now seen this happen now on at least 5 computers since we all started working from home due to corona virus. Some have been domain joined and some are not. We've tried connecting over Ethernet as well as WiFi without any success. Everything application s at a crawl or not working at all while in normal mode. In safe mode things work faster, but again no network connectivity.

The only things these computers have in common: HP, OpenVPN, and Windows 10.

We've only been able to resolve this by doing a clean wipe. Reset with and without files results in the same behavior. See screenshots below and I've found one other person outside of my org who seems to have this same exact issue on multiple machines.

Any help would be much appreciated as continuing to do clean installs remotely every time this happens will drive myself as well as my team insane.2020-04-09 14_18_42-R18_500015_ASMA - TeamViewer.png2020-04-09 14_19_49-R18_500015_ASMA - TeamViewer.png
