This is my second post on this forum since yesterday and this one looks to be even more serious. In general, when you close the lid of a laptop, it should automatically go to sleep mode (also double checked in settings) and when you open it back up, it should wake up the screen and prompt you to sign it but for some reason, my laptop does switch on but the screen does not. I have to hard shutdown the system. My second issue is that when I hard shutdown my laptop, the screen still does not start. It automatically shuts down the system and I have to press on the power button again. This happens multiple times till the screen wakes up and goes into Bitlocker Recovery Mode and I have to put in my recovery code to access my system. After turning off the laptop correctly, the second issue arises again and I have to re-enter my recovery code again to access my laptop. I have again tried to google search a solution to no definitive answer. I hope someone from this forum can help me. Thanks in advance.
