I have an elitebook 8570p with windows 10 on it and am having a similar issue. I have tried just about everything to fix it so that I can project to a second screen. I have tried uninstalling the driver and restarting my laptop, downloading old drivers, etc. Everything I have tried pulls up the same message when I try to project it to a second screen. "Your PC can't project to another screen. Please try reinstalling the driver or using a different video card."
