Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Dear members, 

 

Greetings, I have a specific issue, and would be great if you can help me in addressing this issue: 

 

I want to record screen while writing on the same using Ink Pen (stylus or digital pen) and then produce the same in the form of a video. 

 

Q1) Can I do so while recording screen on hp spectre stylus.

 

Q2) Is there any other alternative device available ( whether desktop or laptop or interactive board) 

 

Will be really thankful.
