Hi, my first post on this forum and I look forward to contributing where I can.  I have an HP Elitebook x360 1030 G2 with an I7 processor.  I purchased the unit in October of 2017.  The display has cracked and I need to replace it but am having difficulty sorting through finding the exact replacement display to purchase.  I would like to know if the display on my machine is FHD or UHD.  Is there an easy way to discover this?  Thanks in advance for any help!
