Product: HP ENVY x360 - m6-aq105dx
I have had my computer for just over a year. I keep it at work, and just open and close it daily. It has never been dropped. Yesterday, open opening my screen, the screen separated from the backing on the right side. The hinge also popped open. The laptop now does not close due to the open and separated screen/hinge. Of course, it is outside the warranty, but laptops being treated this gently should not break so dramatically from simply opening and closing them.
I even have the Envy which is designed to open all the way around, which i never do. It's certainly not doing that now.
