Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, 

I am facing an issue (not sure if it is an issue) screen brightness dims a little when I shift to dark background window applications, but comes back to normal when I shift to white background window applications. How should I fix it? I researched about it on Google and I got to know about adaptive brightness, but it is missing in my model (HP 15s DY3001TU). I contacted customer service, but they said you can't, it is a feature. But there should be somewhere to disable it? Please help me out.
