Product: HP split
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My computer screen is always dim. It is more dim when it is plugged in. I have not been able to adjust the brightness and it is getting frustrating. Please help, I have to be on my computer a great deal for school and it is difficult to read.
