Product: HP ENVY Laptop - 15-ep0009tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When screen is on and in black screenWhen screen is on and in black screenWhen screen is offWhen screen is off

 

When the screen is bright (100%), the problem will be less visible, and when there is color, the "shady border" is also less visible. Please advise whether this is screen problem or software/hardware issues, thank you.
