Product: HP ENVY 360
Operating System: Other

My screen will randomly shake and go black. The apps will run alright and I can hear the sound i am playing music but the screen will shake and go black until i restart the laptop.

 

I updated to windows 11 Beta about 2 weeks ago, I have updated the bios and drivers but the problem keep persisting.

 

What can possibly be the problem and ways to solve it.
