Product: Probook g5 430

Hi. Can someone write a "name/model" of a screw of my laptop that is used in the back(you unscrew this small screw to have access to RAM etc.).

The thing is I don't know anything about screws and can't even pull out my screw and show to salesman to buy. It lost the thread completely(only opened 3 times). Any advice on how to unscrew/pull out is welcome.
