Product: Pavilion 19
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When the sign on screen comes up I cannot just press enter or click a mouse key to get to the password screen, I have to hold the left mouse button and scroll up to get to the password screen. If I go to File Explorer I can't select a file I want to open. It automatically goes to the top of the screen and even if I use the cursor keys on the keyboard it still goes to the top. If I open a web browser, I can't scroll down the page. It keeps going back up to the top. I've checked the scroll lock key and it's off so I don't know what the problem is.
