HP Recommended
Probook 430 G4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Installed an SSD (kingston 500gb) in the second drive slot in my probook. The factory drive is an M.2 drive so there is a free 2.5" sata slot for a second drive. The pc detects the drive on startup sometimes but as fast as you try to do something with it the software crashes and the drive disappears (see video). The drive works in other computers and with a USB adapter so there is nothing wrong with the drive itself.

(Have tested all the basic recommended "solutions": BIOS update, powercycle, hp support etc.)

What could possibly be the cause of this problem?

Thanks in advance!
