Product: HP Stream

I have a HP Stream and I've had this issue for a while. I've tried every common method listed but none of them work. I tried the BIOS solution, the hard reset solution, and the f11 solution (the f11 solution just makes a beeping noise as it takes me back to the blue box). If I enable legacy boot theres another error message saying that windows failed to start. The hard reset just simply lands me right back to the blue box. Can anyone help? Thanks
