I am trying to get a touchscreen working on my Probook 650 G2 and have narrowed down the problem. It seems the touchscreen talks to the computer over i2c on intel serial io. I have all the correct drivers but serial IO wont install, and from reading about the error, it needs to be enabled in the bios. Searching through the bios, there is no option for enabling serial IO. How can this feature be enabled? Windows can not see it to install drivers until I figure out how to get the BIOS to enable that option. Is there a separate bios for the touchscreen model of this laptop?

Thanks,

Roy
