Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i notice in Device Manager that I have SEVERAL PCI standard host CPU bridges listed. What ARE those and what do they DO exactly? I do have a Private Network set up, using a Belkin N600 Dual Band Router, I'm using Windows 10 Home (64-bit), Version 1709, OS Build 16299.71. My ISP provider is my cable company, and I have a modem from them connected to my Router. My network is WIRELESS, and I have maybe 7or 9 devices that connect to it, but most of the time there are only 6 devices connected, at least when I am on my computer. I saw this same question on another website, but it was very old, and he didn't have a network. He had tried many different ways to remove them, & the moderator told him that he didn't  really need them, but this one place that,  if it wasn't affecting anything on his notebook, that he should just leave it alone. Then he said that it was slowing his computer (It hasn't slowed mine down, I have a very fast connection). I'm just concerned because I had to update a lot of drivers and make do some hardware troubleshooting , and changes were made.  I  had Direct TV installed recently (TV Services Only), and it was causing the WIFI to DROP  about 5 times  a day. I  kept having to unplug the router, and press the reset button. Not that hard, but annoying, as I'm the olnly one in the house that knows anything about computers, and that "ain't" sayin' much. The moderator on the other website said someting about his Mother Board, making some changes.  The last thing I want to have to mess with is my motherboard. Unless I can do it on my PC, that would be way out of my comfort zone.  I've seen them, and watched others work on them, but I wouldn't know where to begin. BTW, My processor is an AMD A8-7050  Radeon R5, 6 Compute Cores 2C +4G   2.20GHz, and is an x64 based processor.  Any help, or advice would be appreciated. Thanks, & sorry so long, just want to make sure I have listed all pertinent info.
