Product: Compaq mini 110

sir I am having compaq mini 1110  it is showing to enter current password and the error code is CNU9239J0K  I searched for the code i found that but keyboard keys not working properly. I used the external keyboard but no led turned on in the keyboard and same problem occured.I tried many keyboards but the problem is still same. The key 'H' working as 'back space'  key and in numpad only character '6'  is working in every keyboard.
