Product: ProBook 440
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP ProBook 440 that won't go into sleep mode. When I shut the lid in sleep mode, it will stay in sleep mode, until the lid is opened. When it is opened, it shuts down and won't turn back on unless you take the battery out and put it back in. This results in me not being able to take it places without shutting it all the way down.
