Since one of the latests windows updates, every time my laptop goes into sleep mode, It will stop working, so when i try to turn it on again a white screen with some thin lines will show up and wont let me see anything, although it seems that the pc works just fine since i can notice the mouse moves through the screen. In order to make use of the pc again i have to force the shut down, and switch on again, then everything works just fine.

I tried reinstalling the system, but it didn't work; I also tried installing Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver. version 9.5 from intel site, but i get a "this system does not meet the minimum requirements for installation of the product." message.

I hope to help me solving this issue ASAP .
