Product: HP 15 Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Video play-back is painfully slow when playing any video on any browser (Edge, Chrome, etc). This seems to be intermittent and sometimes works after rebooting the machine. After further investigation, I found that turning off hardware acceleration in the browser settings then allows the video's to play normally. It appears that this is either a BIOS or driver issue, any ideas or driver updates that you can recommend to correct this issue?
