I have 3 new laptops, same model, with built in SC readers.  ("Custom order from HP").  I am attempting to use my PIV card in the SC slot, and login to a Citrix VPN.  However when I go to login using my PIV card it does not allow my login.  I cannot tell if the system is recognizing the PIV card.  I have an external USB SC reader and that does work, no drivers needed.  How do I know if the SC is "active" in device manager and what is it called?  The Smart Card service is started.  I do not a category called "Smart Card Readers"
