HP Envy 15 L7A44EA#A2N
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,

I have two important concerns. I have an HP Envy 15 - k207nx laptop and my laptop screen shows a black screen, displaying Smart Disk error 301 every time I start it. I ran a system restore a few months ago after a Windows update and noticed my computer (laptop) started functioning slower, but shortly after it started I was shown a Smart Hard Disk Error 301 black screen a few days after the system restore and a "Stop Code" appeared (that I don't recall what it said). I contacted Microsoft, they asked me to contact the manufacturer and asked me to download a Windows software backup in case. This happened several months ago but the laptop continued to work as normal when I restarted it after that day. The Smart Hard Disk error 301 however kept showing every time I turned on the laptop for months, which showed two options, to press F2 to go to Settings or Enter to continue startup. I would press Enter to continue. Recently however, in the last week, I received another stop code, saying "  Bad_System_Config_Info" and my laptop is refusing to start.
I've tried to restore the BIOS on my HP computer using the key press combination, the Windows and the B key, as suggested on HP Support's Youtube channel but after the computer restarted after the BIOS update, I was still shown the black screen displaying the Smart Hard Disk Error 301, and then the blue screen.
I recently ran a Hard Drive Test a couple times, through System Diagnostics, Component Tests. I ran both a Quick and Extensive test which both failed. I have the failure ID (24 digit code) with me which displays:
0TUFUW-7L0A3K-MFPWLJ-609R03

The code is also saved on the Test Logs on my computer.

My other concern is, my laptop is also damaged externally because I had a biking accident. This happened two years before this incident and the laptop's  plastic frame broken and body are damaged. The plastic frame is broken which causes it to fall off from one of the hinges because of the broken plastic part, however the screen isn't broken. I've been using it fine since. I searched up parts for the laptop, the screen frame and the body to replace but could not find any through HP parts. I tried using two different methods available, using serial number method in the search bar and using Hierarchy method to find the product number L7A44EA /L7A44EA#A2N , but could not find parts in the Parts Store on HP's website for this model.

I would really like for this laptop to be fixed and I have had this laptop since 2015.
I'm sure the solution to both these problems is very simple where I need to replace the hard disk since I first received a message of the Smart disk error, that lead to greater issues, however I cannot find the parts at all. I apologize for the confusing and long title but these were only the names of the screens that kept appearing.

Edit: Normally I would contact HP directly on the phone or email but all customer service representative offices are closed because of the global corona virus pandemic for which is why we are all quarantined.

If anyone from the community could help me in any way I would highly appreciate it.

(Thank you in advance).
