HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This worked for me:

1) Go to Power Options -> Additional Power Settings.

2) Go to Change plan settings.

3. Click Change advanced power settings.

3) Go to USB Settings > USB selective suspend setting and choose the Disabled option.
