Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have a quiet confusing problem. Since a few weeks now the audio of my laptop is only working when it is connected with the docking station.

It started while the System was still running on Windows 7. I took the laptop out of the docking station, there was a small crack in the speakers and the laptop rebooted. Afterwords there was no sound any more. I checked the drivers, updated them. No change. I put in the docking station, it reboots and the sound is there.

I also updated and checked the Bios but without change.

Finally I uprated the system to Windows 10 (keeping the user settings). But unfortunately it is still the same.

I can connect Bluetooth speakers, they work but the build in speakers don't .

The latest confusion is, that the external speakers at the docking station do not work any more. I can plug them in but the sound is still coming from the build in speakers.

Does anybody has a cloud what could be the problem?
