Product: HP spectre
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop speaker is not working. Even I havent used since one month. Today, I opened my laptop, then I got to listen about the notifications. In that case, I got to know that my speakers of laptop is not working properly.

I have tried all the diagnostics runs and solutions suggested by the hp online webpage by virtual chat.
