HP ZBook 15 G3
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello HP, I am working with a user that has a HP ZBook 15 G3 with the Conexant audio drivers.

The user opens Control Panel, double clicks on Sound, highlights Speakers, right click then selects Test. The Test sound is loud and clear.

The user right clicks on the speaker icon (notification area), selects "Open Volume Mixer" and increases the slide  for Speakers to 100%.

The sound played is 50-60% less than the Test sound.

I've tried adjusting the Bang & Olfsen Graphic Equalzer and nothing has changed.

I've also updated the Conexant audio drivers for the HP ZBook 15 G3 and there is no change.

Any suggestions on how I can resolve the issue?

Thanks for your time and assistance regarding this issue.
