Product: HP Spectre 360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
So many prior posts on this problem - Spectre 360x - top-of-the-line HP device. Just 2 years old. Complete power failure. I see many messages here showing that HP stepped up and repaired this defective unit. Can anyone share any tips on how to get help from HP on this? The cost to repair this will be greater than half the original price. We have 7 HP notebooks in our inventory and love them - so I hope we can get this resolved soon. Any suggestions are appreciated.
