Spectre x360 15-eb0036ng
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone!

I was wondering whether there is a way to use the screen of my HP Spectre x360 15 as a monitor for playing on my Xbox Series X (4k 60fps output). Essentially, what I would need on my Spectre is an HDMI input, however it only has an HDMI output. I have seen some tutorials on the web where people use USB capture cards and such to make this work, however it always comes with input lag and a loss in picture fidelity. Xbox also offers the feature to stream directly to a laptop, however the streaming quality also comes nowhere near 4k 60fps.

I have seen that you can buy adapters to from HDMI to USB-C, maybe there's anything I could do with this? Probably not I suppose, but I would like to know if someone knows whether or not something can be done to get the video output from my Xbox directly to my Spectre screen in full quality.

Thank you!
